Apologies for the radio silence – December was a quite the crazy month, but the good news is we were able to get another 167 snickerdoodle blacks delivered to Crowd Supply (on top of the 147 snickerdoodles delivered in November). Per the last stock count, CS has ~350 snickerdoodles (split evenly between ‘regulars’ and ‘blacks’) working their way out the door. We’ve started the process of getting another 200 or so delivered by the end of February, so more and more (extremely patient, kind, and understanding) backers should start seeing krtkl packages showing up on their doorstep! Read the full update.
More hardware is "in the mail!" Delivery was delayed a couple days on each end due to the Thanksgiving holiday…and subsequent Black Friday/Cyber Monday madness ‘breaking' UPS/FedEx/USPS. In any case, another ~150 snickerdoodles are making their way out Crowd Supply’s door at this very moment, with another ~175 doing the same in another week or so. Read the full update.
Apologies for the radio silence - we’ve been awaiting final delivery of all the parts needed for this next production run for the past several weeks and are *finally* on track to receive the last of the components by the end of this week (or so we’ve been told). That puts us another three or four weeks or so out from shipping another batch to Crowd Supply for fulfillment. Read the full update.

First, we figured out the snickerdoodle yield issue that’s been plaguing us for months. First off, after ironing out some supply chain “issues” (see: having your distributor increase your key component pricing 25-60% with no notice and for no apparent reason while pushing your lead times out 11 weeks...), our ‘test’ snickerdoodle batch is *finally* on the assembly line. These units are scheduled be ready next week and will (hopefully) provide us with some much-needed insight into what’s causing the production yield issues we’ve been seeing. Read the full update.
