Parts and piSmashers

Hello snickerdoodlers,

Apologies for the radio silence - we’ve been awaiting final delivery of all the parts needed for this next production run for the past several weeks and are * finally * on track to receive the last of the components by the end of this week (or so we’ve been told). That puts us another three or four weeks or so out from shipping another batch to Crowd Supply for fulfillment.

On the piSmasher front, the saga continues. We recently hit a bit of a non-technical snag on the piSmasher that we’re working through. It’s not a deal breaker but it does require some design modifications - which means more delays… but it will make for a much better and more user friendly and supportable product in the long run. We’ll keep everyone posted on the details as we get a closer establishing the final design but hopefully you can all hang with us a little longer. We’re going as fast as our human and financial resources will allow.

As always, please feel free to email us or post in the forum with any questions. And remember to keep your shipping address up-to-date through your Crowd Supply account.

Yours truly,

the krtkl crew
