The production line is humming right along! 450 more snickerdoodles – in a veritable smorgasbord of flavors – are scheduled to be completed between today and next Friday. But before you start jumping off the walls, please read these THREE IMPORTANT ITEMS:

1. Last-minute snickerdoodle black upgrades – this will be your last opportunity to upgrade your snickerdoodle order to snickerdoodle black and receive a free license of SDSoC. The cost to upgrade is $100. To submit your request, click here (or send an email to orders@krtkl.com with the subject line “SDSoC”) and include your order number in the email.

2. cookieJar orders – if you ordered a cookieJar enclosure: in case you missed it, cookieJar will now come in anodized, laser-etched billet aluminum (vs. injection molded plastic). The cost to upgrade is $25. To submit your request, click here (or send an email to orders@krtkl.com with the subject line “cookieJar”) and include your order number. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you do not elect to upgrade/do not respond, the cookieJar portion of your order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Delivery priority – finally, if you have an urgent need for snickerdoodle and absolutely cannot live one more minute without it, click here (or send an email to orders@krtkl.com with the subject line “I want snickerdoodle”) and include your order number. IMPORTANT NOTE: this email will serve as your only official request (even if you’ve personally submitted a ‘delivery priority’ request before).

A couple other notes on this: we will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone’s request but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get yours out in this wave. Additionally, if you are requesting ‘priority’ delivery and your order contains piSmasher or giggleBits, there will be an additional S&H charge (to cover the separate/subsequent delivery cost of those products). This charge will be \$7 for domestic/US orders and \$15 for international orders and will be processed before your snickerdoodle ships.

We’ll keep the updates flowing as things keep chugging along, along with a few more reminders for last-minute order changes/additions. And, as an aside, we expect to have a new website up in the next week or two – along with a new forum, improved documentation, downloadable images & board files, etc.
