Free Windows 11 Pro (Activated) Upgrade!
Dear Crowd Supply backers, We have commenced kitting the 4 GB Linux versions. We had a small hiccup with the Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OS, so we’re now upgrading all Windows 10 Pro board orders to Windows 11 Pro for free! That being said, we have a small amount of work to do to the Windows 11 Pro BIOS, so that should only delay us about 1-week. Everything else related to the 4 GB RAM Linux and Windows boards are otherwise on-track. Read the full update.

Production Starting in February
Hi Crowd Supply Backers, We wanted to provide a brief update on production. We had anticipated starting production prior to CNY, but we were bumped from our scheduled time. We do, however, have a confirmed date to start production of February 10, 2023. Read the full update.
Production Delay
Dear CS Backers, Happy New Year! We hope that everyone has had a relaxing and wonderful holiday season. We are finally preparing to start production. PVT Completed and Remaining Board Testing in Progress
Dear Backers, We’ve completed the PVT over the Chinese holiday. Setting up the line and completing the programming for the pick and place and the AOI took 3 days and went as planned, so we now have PVT samples. The factory re-opened on Thursday Oct 5th, and we are now in the process of completing continuity board testing. Read the full update.

Getting Closer to Production
We're pleased to tell you we're getting closer to shipping. We are now 5-10 days from performing our production validation test (PVT), and we're taking care of the required certifications. We expect to ship to Crowd Supply's warehouse in about six to eight weeks. Read the full update.
PVT in a Few Weeks
I hope everyone is doing well. Hackboard 2 production is currently on track and we expect to start the production validation test (PVT) in three to four weeks. We should have more detailed information to share in the next week or two, so I will follow up then. Read the full update.

Testing & Production Status

Final QA is Underway
We're in the final stretch! The boards are currently undergoing rigorous testing to make sure they are of the highest quality prior to shipping. This has delayed us by about three weeks, but it is a critical piece of delivering a top-notch product. Read the full update.
First Samples & Delivery Schedule
We're getting very close to being able to ship. Finalizing our surface mount assembly line took a bit longer than expected, which ran us into a few Chinese national holidays, but I'm happy to report we've got our first samples! Read the full update.

Production Status & Supply Chain Delays
The worldwide chip shortages rocking the entire electronics industry have also affected our delivery timeline. We're making good progress overcoming these problems by working with our supply chain partners and redesigning the board around parts with better availability. Read the full update.
