Location
Teardown 2023 will be held on the Portland State University campus, in the Fariborz Maseeh Hall. Some sessions will be in the Shattuck Hall Annex, located just next door.
When you arrive at the conference, enter Fariborz Maseeh Hall on the 1st floor. Depending on the direction you arrive from, you may need to walk around the side of the building to find an open entrance. Look for signs indicating Teardown 2023. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and visit the registration desk just outside the elevators.

Hotels
There are several local hotels near the conference venue, located either a short walk or public transit ride away.
Some of these hotels offer discounts to visitors of Portland State University, the campus where the conference is being held. These discounts are not associated with Teardown or Crowd Supply, and may have limited availability.
Transportation
Air
If you are traveling by air to the conference, the nearest international airport is Portland International Airport (PDX).
TriMet MAX light rail can be boarded directly at the airport terminal, which serves many neighborhoods within the Portland metro area. Rental cars, Uber, and Lyft are also available directly at the airport.
Train & Bus
Portland Union Station serves as both Amtrak train station and Grayhound bus stop.
TriMet MAX light rail can be boarded closeby at the Union Station stop on NW 6th and Hoyt. The MAX light rail system can be used to access many neighborhoods within the Portland metro area.
Light Rail
The conference venue is less than a 200 meter walk from the PSU Urban Center TriMet MAX light rail station. MAX rides require a $2.50 ticket (adult fare) purchased at a station in advance of boarding.
Parking
A (paid) parking garage is located a few blocks from the main venue.
Street parking is in short supply, and is metered.
