Raspberry Pi
Embedded Linux Boards
1 GB RAM, 4 GB eMMC flash
1 GB RAM, no onboard storage
Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3 (CM3) has the same basic functionality as Raspberry Pi 3, but in a much more compact form factor compatible with a standard DDR2 SODIMM connector. Raspberry Pi CM3 has the same processor (Broadcom BCM2837) and RAM (1 GB) as Raspberry Pi 3. The standard version of CM3 comes with a 4 GB eMMC flash onboard storage. The Lite version has no onboard storage, instead exposing the SD card interface to the DDR2 SODIMM connector for use with an external SD card or eMMC.
Compute Module 3 will remain in production until at least January 2028, but is not recommended for new designs. Instead, use Compute Module 4 or newer.
