ZGLZ1BA Datasheet - Sharing is Caring
zOrigin is an ultra-small, wireless wearable made with our new chip-stacking technology. At the heart of zOrigin is ZGLZ1BA, the first commercially available example of creating a customized SoC using ZiP technology.
We believe in our design methodology, and we want you to be as confident in our product as we are. Therefore, we are releasing the ZGLZ1BA datasheet.
Here are some quick specs of ZGLZ1BA:
- 32-bit ARM Cortex M0 processor
- 2.4 GHz BLE radio
- Lithium-based battery charger
- Fast charge currents down to 7.5 mA
- 3-Axis accelerometer
- Contact-based heart rate sensor
- ECG capable low power AFE
- 10-bit ADC resolution
- Two LED drivers with programmable patterns
- Thermistor-based temperature monitor
- Vibration motor controller
- Smallest vibration motor compatible
- RoHS compliant
- Reverse battery protection
- Thermal shutdown protection
- Short circuit protection
ZGLZ1BA is made possible with these chiplets:
- Dialog Semiconductor DA14585 - microcontroller with BLE
- SiTime SiT1552 32 kHz oscillator
- MCube MC3672 - accelerometer
- Macronix MX25R2035F - flash memory
- Maxim Integrated MAX77734 - power management IC (PMIC)
- Analog Devices AD8233 - heart rate analog front end (AFE)
