If you have not received a tracking number yet, there is still time to check your delivery address in your Crowd Supply account and let us know ASAP if your address has changed. Updating your shipping address helps avoid delays and get your orders shipped successfully. Once a shipment has been released to USPS or DHL, it can be hard or impossible to re-route a shipment.

• If you are based in the EU, you will receive an email alert with the tracking details from the UGL team directly.

• If you are based outside of the EU, you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number from Crowd Supply. We will be keeping the estimated shipping date updated by order group.

• All backers can check their Crowd Supply account order details to confirm their tracking information once their order has shipped.
