Power is a basic block of any electronic project and USB-C Power Delivery has quickly made its way into the DIY community as the power source of choice. With the quick adoption of Program Power Supply (PPS) mode in new chargers, USB-C PD can now provide fine voltage control in 20mV increments with current limit capability.

The demo from CentyLab will show you how to utilize this power mode to charge batteries, drive LEDs, and design a Portable Power Supply. We will also cover other trigger boards and some popular ICs that might not support PPS but are still very useful for DIYers.
