To be eligible, your project must be prototyped and/or fabricated by Soldered Electronics and pass the usual vetting process applied to all Crowd Supply projects. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of Soldered Electronics and Crowd Supply. To get started, submit your Crowd Supply project proposal and mention your interest in participating in the Soldered Electronics Inkubator.
Soldered collaborated with Zerowriter Ink to design and manufacture an e-paper word processor with a low-profile mechanical keyboard, brilliant readability, and long battery life. The Zerowriter Ink team came to us with an advanced prototype, which we helped improve and finalize (for example, by designing in a better battery charging circuit) and then manufactured on our assembly line in Croatia. We look forward to helping you bring your project to life.
At Soldered, we have a reputation for repurposing used Kindle screens into amazing e-paper products, as demonstrated by our Inkplate product line. Additionally, we have designed and manufactured hundreds of other products, from dev boards and kits to wireless modules and sensor expansion boards. All Soldered manufacturing happens in house on our own PCB assembly line.

Our company originated as a high school garage project in 2013. Initially crafting electronic boards for friends and hobbyists, we evolved into a professional entity, engineering and producing a diverse range of products and services for makers worldwide. In 2022, we transitioned to the name Soldered Electronics, marking a new chapter in our growth and product design. To date, we have engineered over 200 electronic products, manufactured a total of 250,000 units, and delivered those units to makers in more than 85 countries. In addition to electronic production, we have curated an extensive library of 320 tutorials and manuals, complete with descriptions and schematics for electronic products. These resources help makers use our products and our sample code more effectively. Finally, we offer 24/7 customer support and technical assistance for each of our products, regardless of the sales channel through which it was obtained.
