Project update 2 of 7
First of all, a big thanks to everyone that has pledged thus far. Suffice it to say the campaign is coming to an end, and it does not appear that it will be fully funded. This is not at all surprising as indeed this is a niche market and marketing or “spreading the word” has never been a strong point of mine. Nevertheless, I still stand by my intent of why I started this campaign in the first place – to help others that have a similar passion as me and to get others interested in the complex yet undeniable potential of electrophysiology for future applications in terms of medicine, security, and robotics.
The funding for this has been calculated to achieve the price point for the pledge tiers while also affording enough overhead for most foreseeable problems such as yield. It is a given that I, as the creator, want this campaign to succeed but it is far more important that the campaign not be compromised for its backers. As such, to make up for the deficit and ensure that I can and will deliver, my family has agreed to make up the rest of the difference. Rest assured that your rewards will be delivered as the money needed to fund such a backing is now available. In addition, because this will be funded in full, the project you have backed will continue to be available as it is not just a one-time item that will fade into oblivion. If you haven’t had a chance, you can visit www.signallattice.com for additional information regarding this project such as datasheets. I will be adding application notes as well as the schematics and mechanical diagrams in the coming days.
Future updates will be about manufacturing and getting things ready to be shipped.
