The journey from concept to production has been an adventure filled with its fair share of challenges and triumphs. As we got on board on this endeavor, we encountered several hurdles along the way, from unexpected component shortages to navigating through holiday schedules and other unforeseen obstacles. However, with commitment and dedication, we have successfully overcome each challenge that crossed our path.

Over the past few months, our team has been tirelessly working, often sacrificing weekends and evenings, to ensure that every aspect of the production process is carefully executed. Collaboration with over 15 different suppliers for various components has been instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

We are thrilled to announce that production is officially nearing conclusion! The PCB boards have been manufactured and assembled by KLS PCB, while the enclosures have all been printed by Haoshun Mold Technology and going to be shipped to our assembly shop.

Currently, we are in the crucial testing phase, where every unit undergoes evaluation to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. If all goes according to plan during this testing phase, we are confident we will be ready to ship orders to the Mouser warehouse sometime next week. This milestone brings us one step closer to delivering the RoomSense products to your doorstep, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this progress with you.
