This marks the end of an era. The completion of all products including packaging, certification, software, manufacturing and assembly was done almost entirely by us in our workshop and we are very proud of that! This whole process has taken a lot of time and energy, and I am very excited to finally be able to send you the products and continue on with manufacturing the next batch.

The pallets are expected to be picked up by the carrier this week and should arrive at the Crowd Supply warehouse a few days later. From there, the products will be sent to you. I would like to use this update to briefly introduce the product packaging. I am very proud that we managed to pack all products 100% plastic free and from FSC certified cardboard materials.

Pixel Pump packaging

The development of the packaging took a lot of time, and we created several prototypes until we were satisfied with the result. The Pixel Pump itself is securely packed in a sandwich of specially designed cardboard inlays.

It is shipped together with the accessories and power supply box in a larger, 3 mm thick cardboard box.

The accessories box contains the pen, a USB cable, the silicone tube and an assortment of needles.
