Bad news is, some kits were damaged during transport. We have received reports that some Nixie tubes arrived broken.

This shows that our transport protection for kits was not up to par.

If you opened your kit and were greeted by shards of glass, please accept my apologies. Send us your order number and a picture (if you haven’t already) and afterwards we’ll contact you directly with a solution.
