So your units have arrived at the distribution facility.

They were shipped out from Luxonis on July, 21st and arrived on Thursday, July 23rd at the Crowd Supply distribution facility (thank you Crowd Supply for distributing!).

So they are now in the process of being received, and orders will soon begin shipping out to each backer!

Please check your delivery address, and update it through your Crowd Supply account if needed within the next 48 hours. For example, if your current shipping address is a business location that is currently closed due to COVID-19, please update it to an alternative location.

Updating your shipping address helps avoid delays and get your orders shipped successfully. Once your order details have been sent out by our warehouse team for processing, it can be hard or impossible to re-route a shipment.
