We’ve finished production for most of the LimeNET Mini and LimeNET Gateway units and will be shipping out packages to backers soon. If you have moved or would like to change your shipping address for any reason, you can update it online through your account on Crowd Supply. If your account needs updating, please do so within 48 hours.

When Will My Order Ship?

Lime Microsystems will be shipping orders within the EU, and Crowd Supply will be shipping all domestic US orders and remaining international orders (with a few exceptions). Crowd Supply’s warehouse has received LimeNET products, and will begin filling orders this week. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For orders destined for outside the US, it is not uncommon for the tracking information to cease being updated after it leaves the US, though for some countries the packages can continue to be tracked using their national postal website and the same tracking number. If there is a delay in delivering your package, you should check with your local customs office to make sure they are not holding it and waiting for you to pick it up.
