All FireAnt orders (both placed during the campaign and during the pre-order period) will come with a Serial Number (SN) with prefix "XIPSFA" followed by 6 digit hexadecimal number. It will be sent to the email you filled in when placing the order. The SN is used for registering or renewing membership support on Efinix Support Center. While the membership is for life, the effective period of Efinix support is one year. After that, user is not allow to download new version of Software unless renewal. Nevertheless, you can still use the software, download other documents and access to the forum.
