It’s really a thankful moment for us to witness EyeCloudAI CDK proceeding from Crowd Supply to the delivery time. Thank you to our dear backers and all the Crowd Supply and Mouser team members!

Another good news is about the IR LED kit. As said in our previous update, every backer of the crowdfunding campaign will receive an IR LED kit as a free add-on gift, so that you can develop EyeCloudAI CDK applications in night vision scenarios.

Okay, now is the detailed shipping plan.

Our factory in China shipped the products out on 15th September to our office in California. Last week we received the package, and we’re in the process of transferring it to the Mouser warehouse in Texas as soon as possible. Then Mouser will distribute EyeCloudAI CDK to every backer with their professional global shipping systems.

Shipping routing: Manufactory(China) —> EyeCloud (California) —> Mouser Warehouse (Texas) —> Backers

Orders will begin shipping soon. Please take this time to check your delivery address, and update it through your Crowd Supply account if needed. Updating your shipping address helps avoid delays and get your orders shipped successfully. Once your order details have been sent out by our warehouse team for processing, it can be hard or impossible to re-route a shipment.
