TLDR; Shipments will be slightly delayed due to COVID-19 safety precautions.

The ANAVI Miracle Controller products are all packed, labeled, and ready to be sent to our warehouse, where they will be distributed to backers. However, since the last update, there have been a few developments that are causing a delay in this shipment.

Due to increased precautions taken by our team (and the state of Oregon), we’re limiting employee exposure to the office, which is now effectively closed. All Crowd Supply staff are working remotely. We’re still figuring out what this means for our shipping capacity, but we will get the ANAVI parts processed for shipment as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this change means that we will not be able to ship campaign orders by March 30th. We expect orders to start shipping in a few weeks, around mid-April. Thanks for your continued patience and support!

Our fulfillment partner is still operating, albeit with increased safety policies in place to slow the spread of COVID-19.
