Earlier this month, the ANAVI Infrared pHAT crowdfunding campaign ended very successfully. Thank you very much for the support! Without you, this open source hardware project could have never been so successful and popular!
The manufacturing has already started and the first batch is almost done. Take a look at these panels of open source hardware printed circuit boards.
All units of ANAVI Infrared pHAT are made in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Due to the low volumes, a lot of the work is done manually. So, this is not just a cool add-on board for Raspberry Pi but also of a piece of hand-made, open source hardware. Each and every unit passes PCB electrical tests and manual inspection to verify that everything works fine. ANAVI Infrared pHAT comes with a comprehensive user’s manual for Raspbian Stretch – the latest version of the most popular GNU/Linux distribution for Raspberry Pi.
If you missed the campaign, or if you want to get another ANAVI Infrared pHAT, you can still place an order right here at Crowd Supply.
Thanks,
Leon
